Symbiose avec son environnement<\/h4>\n<p>Le site sur lequel est projet\u00e9 le nouveau b\u00e2timent se situe dans <strong>une position charni\u00e8re du plan urbain du CEA<\/strong>. Le c\u0153ur du CEA est structur\u00e9 selon une trame r\u00e9guli\u00e8re quadrill\u00e9e, entour\u00e9e d\u2019une couronne p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique plut\u00f4t verdoyante qui fait la transition entre les \u00eelots construits au centre et le plateau agricole environnant. Ainsi, l\u2019Institut de Neurosciences est rattach\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019angle Nord- Ouest au plan hippodamien et s\u2019ouvre \u00e0 l\u2019angle oppos\u00e9 vers le grand paysage. A l\u2019image du restaurant construit par <strong>Auguste Perret<\/strong>, il se niche dans la ceinture verte comme un nouveau joyau.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11515 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.vibarchitecture.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/vib_CEA_Perpective-porte-d-entr%C3%A9e-Neurospin_cadre1-e1405355317188-653x326.jpg?resize=653%2C326\" alt=\"vib_CEA_Perpective porte d entr\u00e9e Neurospin_cadre\" width=\"653\" height=\"326\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Afin de conserver la liaison physique et visuelle entre le restaurant et le Neurospin, le nouveau b\u00e2timent est compact\u00e9 vers le Nord. L\u2019interaction souhait\u00e9e entre le Neurospin et l\u2019Institut de Neurosciences, nous a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 ouvrir celui-ci vers le Sud et \u00e0 imaginer <strong>un hall largement vitr\u00e9, en \u00e9chos \u00e0 la verri\u00e8re longiligne du premier<\/strong>. Nous avons d\u2019ailleurs imagin\u00e9 un hall traversant pour faciliter le cheminement vers le centre du CEA.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le b\u00e2timent pouvant \u00eatre approch\u00e9 tout azimut, <strong>nous avons fait le choix de traiter toutes les fa\u00e7ades avec la m\u00eame attention<\/strong>. Par le choix de ses mat\u00e9riaux qui refl\u00e8tent le paysage, l\u2019Institut de Neurosciences s\u2019int\u00e8gre harmonieusement dans son environnement. Autour de cet espace lumineux et ouvert se situent les espaces communs, comme les salles de r\u00e9union, les lieux de vie et administration, facilement rep\u00e9rables par tous (5).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Au pied du <strong>patio<\/strong>, on trouve une toiture v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9e couvrant le plateau enterr\u00e9 des animaleries et d\u2019exp\u00e9riences comportementales. L\u2019impact visuel de la nouvelle construction est ainsi r\u00e9duit d\u2019une mani\u00e8re qui lui permet de conserver un maximum de paysage.
