On Friday, August 29, 2025, the inauguration of Parc Saint-Louis in Évreux—designed by PHILIPPON – KALT ARCHITECTES URBANISTES—took place in the presence of Guy Lefrand, representatives of the Normandy Region, the Eure Department, SHEMA, and Brigitte Philippon.

At the edge of this new park, we will be delivering this autumn the new Institute of Paramedical Training and its silo car park:

  • 600 paramedical students

  • 380 parking spaces for students and municipal staff

  • 15,000 m² in the heart of the city centre

A project designed to revitalise the neighbourhood while integrating a low-carbon approach, thanks to:

  • FOB façade panels

  • BTC walls (Compressed Earth Blocks)

  • Recycled stone floor slabs

  • Local Vernon stone

  • Bio-based or reused insulation materials

  • Low-carbon concrete

These choices reflect our commitment to developing sustainable, practical, and high-performance alternatives for the construction of tomorrow.
