Phase 1 of the MathSTIC hub — bringing together the Department of Mathematics of Université Sorbonne Paris Nord and the new campus entrance — which we designed and for which we are overseeing construction, is scheduled for delivery in early 2026.
This project reflects the university’s ambition to bring together, within a single building, the departments of mathematics, science, and information and communication technologies. Located near the T8 tram stop, the building will also serve as a new urban landmark marking the northern entrance to the Villetaneuse campus.
At this stage, the remaining work includes finalising the installation of the wooden shutters and completing the last interior fit-out in the circulation areas and the ground floor, before the teams move in, planned for January.
Phase 2 is scheduled for completion in July 2026.
